Kentford has no monument as a war memorial, they have a wall mounted plaque on the wall in Kentford (St. Mary's) Church. There are seven names from The Great War, and a further man is buried in the churchyard but not named on the plaque

Dedicated on 22nd February 1920 by The Reverend G.A. CHASE M.C.,M.A. (the same day that he performed a similar ceremony in Gazeley).

In the church of St Mary's Kentford is an east window, from about 1920, a memorial to Henry Otto LORD, whose panes depict the Resurrection, the Ascension, and Christ in Majesty. On the third light a boy is depicted in shining armour kneeling before the cross, with St Mary's church in the background..

In addition there is a handwritten Roll of Honour of those who served in the Great War, more detailed than many such,in that this one details those who were wounded or captured, as well as those killed

They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old,
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn
At the going down of the sun, and in the morning,
We will remember them.
